    The Kershaw Steppe is a compact, lightweight everyday carry fixed blade built around a 3.55" D2 tool steel drop point blade. D2 is a high-carbon, high-chromium tool steel known for excellent edge retention and toughness — a step up from standard stainless steel and a popular choice among knife enthusiasts who sharpen and maintain their blades.
