Care & Maintenance
Keep the blade lightly oiled with a food-safe or mineral oil to prevent corrosion. Clean with a soft cloth after use. Sharpen with a fine whetstone or diamond sharpener as needed — 420HC responds well to a strop finish. Apply a drop of oil to the pivot point periodically to keep the action smooth.
